I recently moved to the UK, Windsor to be exact...not far from Surrey. I will have a 13 year old and a nine year old joining me in January. The schooling choice is really that, a choice. Are you looking for an American School? If so, you have ACS and TASIS. APPLY NOW. There is a waiting list for both. There are also a good number of private schools that you can have a look at. Again, best to have a look at the schools, take a tour, talk to the other ex-pat kids. We ended up with a placement in a private girls school in Windsor since it was difficult to get a place in either of the American schools for both girls. Each of them had a place for one, but we wanted to keep them together. Best of luck to you.
