Hospitals and Universities of Nottingham

There are two main hospitals in Nottingham, the Nottingham City Hospital and the Queen's Medical Centre. Together the two make up the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

There are also currently only two universities in Nottingham, the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University, which was formerly known as Trent Polytechnic. The combined student population of both universities is around 40,000, all of which attend classes full-time.
